No breakfast offered. Great location next to Jet Express.

Rooms look dated, peeling paint, water stains, stained tub. Could use a pool.

Mike, the property manager was very accommodating, we booked two different rooms for two nights and after we checked out after the first night he immediately told us when our room was ready for the next check in. Also, great location, a lot of nice bars literally right across the street and a cool street festival with live music right outside the main entrance.

Rooms were kind of small, but fine for two people. Didn't bother us because we were into it. But if you're looking for a quiet place this may not be the place for you as the band played outside the hotel until about 11:15 Saturday night.

The vibe and location. The one staff person I talked to was excellent over the phone. Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions, provided input regarding the area and made sure we were all set upon arrival.

I requested a queen duplex, my understanding was there was supposed to be 2 queen beds and we only had one full size bed. So we had to make other accommodations for my daughter to stay with a friend because she had no where to sleep.

Loved the location.

Room was very small

I picked this location because of the proximity to the ferry to put in bay. When we had problem with the room, It was corrected quickly. The new room was much nicer

There was no one at the reception desk the whole time we were there. We had to go to the other property to get our issue resolved. The issue was, I paid for a suite and got a closet with a bed and bathroom in it.
