Aurora Distillery Cabins

The cabins are lovely and it’s very peaceful and quiet. A well stocked kitchen so grab groceries before you come out. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t see the northern lights here as it was cloudy most nights but the view are still spectacular.

Communication with the host was very slow or not at all. Lots of automated messages. The water in our cabin turned brown and silty at one point and I drank a few cups without realizing as it was dark and I messaged the host asking if that’s safe as I was worried I would get sick and we never heard a reply back which was quite disappointing. If they fixed their communication this would be a great place to stay.

Very nice location we got to see Aurora from the cabin. The living room is so comfortable that we decided to sleep there instead

The ventilation wasn’t good. The previous guest cooked something really strong inside the cabin and the smell stays. We found garlic pieces in the dishwasher it’s making the dishwasher smells too. Cleaned that up ourself and we basically need to air the room ourself to make it livable

It was hard to get in touch with the cabin staff as they had automated messages and their opening hours were limited during our stay (September) Would recommend to get in touch with them ahead of your stay to ensure you have the security code before you arrive at the cabins.

La vue est incroyable. On se retrouve dans un cocon d'où l'on peut observer les poissons, les dauphins, les oiseaux et les aurores boréales !

Manque de balades courtes autour du logement. La salle de bain est comme sur les photos, un peu simple.

Super Lage direkt am Fjord, etwas abseits des nächsten Orts. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gute Ausstattung.

Kein Reinungsservice. Keine Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich.

Sijainti erinomainen ja huikeat näköalat. Oli ihanaa seurata vuonon elämää suoraan ikkunasta : pyöriäisiä, vesilintuja, meritähtiä ja merisiilejä. Erittäin rauhallinen alue ja ihanat vaellusreitit kohtuullisen ajomatkan päässä.
