The location is amazing and rooms are brand new.

We ran out of hot water the second day we stayed there and it took a day to fix it.

Extremely disappointing experience. For two consecutive nights, there was excessive noise disturbance at the property, making it impossible for my family to rest. Despite reporting the issue and receiving assurances that attempts would be made to intervene, the disturbance continued and no effective resolution was provided. The situation was particularly distressing because my children, aged 4 and 7, were unable to sleep due to the constant noise. As paying guests, we expected a safe and peaceful environment, but unfortunately our stay fell far below acceptable standards. To make matters worse, we were left without hot water for more than 48 hours. Having no hot water for such an extended period is completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience to my family. Combined with the relentless noise throughout the night, the accommodation became extremely uncomfortable and stressful. While I appreciate the efforts of individual staff members who tried to help, the reality is that the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay. Our patience wore thin after enduring days without hot water and unbearable noise night after night. I have audio and video recordings documenting the ongoing disturbance. What is even more frustrating is that a refund was promised but has never been paid. Despite repeated assurances, no reimbursement has been received, leaving me with little confidence in the company's commitment to resolving customer complaints. My experience with Booking.com customer service was equally disappointing. The support provided was ineffective and failed to assist in resolving what was clearly a serious issue affecting the habitability of the accommodation. The accommodation did not deliver the standard that was advertised, and the lack of effective action had a significant negative impact on our stay. The inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused to my family were unacceptable.

Super zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Klasse Organisation von Parkplatz, Buchung etc. Apartment sauber und zweckmäßig.

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.
