The Seven Residence

The flats are very nice, the location is very central (though it gets very loud at night), and the people who work there were very helpful and polite.

We had no hot water for the majority of our stay. What's worse is that the property has provided no response to our complaints since - not to us directly, not to Booking.com when they tried to get in touch with them. Essentially just ghosted both us and Booking.com, with apparently no consequence whatsoever. So beware - the property is great, but if you have any issues, they are free to just ignore you with complete impunity (and they do!).

Room was large and spacious with kitchen facilities. Having a fridge was a big bonus as self catering. Nice, clean, small bathroom and the shower was very good. Lovely white sheets and very comfortable bed.

The fact that parking was a 10/15 minute walk away even though you do get a discount with underground parking. We also walked past the Seven Residence twice as the signage is very small and we missed it. The staff were very nice and waited for us to arrive and explain everything to us.

The building is in a prime location for Genova’s old town and harbour. The apartments are in a very good condition and clean. We especially loved the high ceilings and high level furnishings.

The kitchen supplies can be increased (tea bags, coffee pods) as well as the bathroom supplies (shampoo and conditioner). We were a family of 4 and had to go buy more for ourselves.

Bagno troppo piccolo e considerata la fascia prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualche comfort in più.
