Great Studio Apartment by Universities

Lo studio è molto pulito e ha tutti i comfort. Cucina, letto spazioso, frigo, bagno grande. Abbiamo passato due notti e abbiamo dormito benissimo. La stanza è stata rinnovata e tutto era assolutamente nuovo. La stazione della metro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi e in zona ci sono anche take away e supermercato se si vuole rimanere in casa o fare la spesa. Per downtown Filadelfia ci vogliono circa 25 minuti con la metro. Assolutamente raccomandato!

Il quartiere e la metro di notte possono sembrare un pò pericolosi ma noi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, in ogni caso la notte per rientrare si può prendere un uber con un viaggio di 15 minuti dal centro.

I stayed here 4 nights and before arrival, I had received a very good and detailed description on the Booking app about how to operate the doorlock. This made it easy to enter the apartment number 2 upstairs which was spacious and had many facilities. It was possible to adjust the temperature with a remote control as well as the lights. The kitchen had all necessary, useful ustensils and equipment, in example frying pans, microwawe oven, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was an abundance of TV channels. The Wifi signals were strong. As a male solo traveller I felt safe in the evening and dark when I walked from the subway station on 56th street which took about ten minutes. I will stay here again if I come back to Philadelphia.

Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation via Mail. Der Check-In-Prozess ist einfach und innovativ. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung. Ein kleiner 'Tanta-Emma-Laden' ist direkt gegenüber und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man gerade einmal 6 Minuten. Die Gegend an sich ist etwas heruntergekommen, die Leute, die wir gesehen und wahrgenommen haben sind aber freundlich und keineswegs beängstigend.

En la descripción decía que había lavadora y secadora pero NO decía que era de pago. Se necesitaban 16 quarters!!!! No fue fácil conseguir tantas monedas en esa zona!!!

Helle, geräumige Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Wir konnten Kochen und Waschen, es hatte verschiedene Shampoos, eine Zusatzdecke im Schrank und einen kleinen Balkon. Der Check-in war super mit einem Zahlencode unten an der Haus- und oben an der Wohnungstür.

Kein Lift und keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche aufzuhängen.

The property is a very clean, spacious and homely apartment. It was great value for money, and the hosts were exceptional with communication. There was utensils and cookware for us to use and fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough and we had no issues with the electrical outlets. The balcony is also a nice touch.

The area isn’t always the best to find parking but that’s no fault of the owner.

Everything was great! The studio is big enough and well equipped. The contact with the owner is very good. On street parking is available for free.

The bed was not too comfortable but it was not a big problem.
