Great Studio Apartment by Universities

Very nice and clean Place. Little problem during check in was directly solved by the manager.

Was a Bit further way from the university than I hoped. But that's my fold for not checking beforehand.

Everything you need for a longer stay; keyless checking was very practicall for our late arrival and good communication with the owner. Subway station 56th on Market Str. goes fast directly to the town centre; big food store on the way. Very pravtical laundry ( need 4 quarters for washing and 4 for drying).

Not very pleasant neighborhood to subway station 56th; bathroom door was noisy when closing, needs some oil; the top bed quite shaking for a grown-up person ( better for kids only).

Location is really terrible.

Great Area for a low Price. Minimarkt are vis-a-vis and has hot meals! The Noise from the street is quietly, the Train are near, time to the mainstation about 30 min. Enough Space for up to three Person, a TV and all you need to prepare a meal. Everything was clean and the Furnishing was up to date. Very nice stay here.

Great comfy, warm, welcoming, well-appointed apartment. Has all the features advertised and owner was very helpful before and after our stay. Secure entry and very quiet at night. A big supermarket just 10 minutes walk away

The neighborhood feels less than ideal. Arriving on foot, it's a bit daunting but on our several walks through to the nearest subway station we saw nothing really untoward. If arriving by car, I doubt you'd even notice.

The room was really spacious and full of amenities. The beds were really comfy and its appearance was really cool. Everything is there what one expects from a studio apartment. Total value for money.

A bit too far from the city centre and not so much public transport around.
