Point Sebago Resort

Beautiful area. Great for families!

The beds were small and uncomfortable. And wifi was HORRIBLE!! We only wanted it to stream music and it was soooo spotty! So frustrating, especially when you are paying a pretty penny.

The lake is absolutely breathtaking. The resort is nice also. John at the boat rental place was super sweet and got us into a canoe within minutes of requesting one. The band Saturday night was amazing and we could hear it from our campfire.

There are golf carts everywhere!!!!!!! They pull out in front of you without a care. They drive at night with no lights and one even crashed into the tree next to our place late at night full of teenagers. Everything too closes early food, store ect. Not everyone eats before 8. The girl at check in said she would call me when our room was ready and never did. Despite all of this it was still a great time.

Water views everywhere…exploring trails as well…beaches were clean and had plenty of rentals to choose from…tons of fun adult activities along with kids

No pools or jagcuzzi

1. low cost 2. lack of heat was corrected promptly after I notified staff. 3. Nice golf course 4. Bucolic setting

1. I had no heat first 2 nights 2. Too many email notifications 3. Staff didn't have simple answers to my questions. 3. Map was confusing and signage was poor. 4. Space was very cramped. This issue was not advertised 5. Linens not properly labelled and I didn't know I had to make up the bed myself 6. No instructions to operate TV

The cabins were perfect for our friends and family. Each family unit was able to have some privacy while also being close to everyone else. The grills and fire pits were great. The entire area was beautiful! Everyone kept commenting on how gorgeous the views were. We had children in our group, ages 2-8, and the place was very kid friendly with plenty of playgrounds for them to play on.

The only thing we would have liked is for a few more amenities to be open during the off season. They were very upfront about the majority of amenities, such as the tiki bar and arcade, being closed during our stay which was fine and didn't take away from our experience. We only wished the general store had been open.
