Nice location and comfortable

Not very clean, and very noisy with a bunch of kids running around above us Even hearing noises during the night,but it was a only a one night stay

My stay was for 12 days. I was able to check in early due to my work hours and owners were understanding. The living room is good for a movie and a blanket. It can get cold but the heater by the tv in bedroom really works fast if you adjust the temperature to your liking. I appreciated the keurig coffee machine and they provided K cups with sugar and creamer although I used my own creamer. The bed was comfortable and I liked the soft material of the blanket and pillows. The (neighborhood) was quiet and I was able to park in the same spot my time there. Thank you for these accommodations for my short stay there

I noticed right above the bed there were 3 visible webs hanging from the ceiling. I killed 2 spiders in the living room area, I also knocked down the webs. After my 5th day there, I was awakened early morning by the noise from upstairs. It sounded like kids, Heavy walking and running up and down the stairs. I understand that it is their place of residence upstairs and with children it can be hard to always have a quiet place, But these particular times were very loud that it made me jump out of my sleep. I’m not really a light sleeper either. It seemed as if they weren’t aware that I was downstairs and if they were being a disturbance. The noise was consistent about 30-45 mins each day it occurred. 3 days in a row. There was other noises heard. If it occurs often, perhaps reconsider renting out that space to guests altogether if renters need more privacy and freedom in their home upstairs. In this particular industry for profit, I believe it is important to make it a Priority that guest is (at the least) able to get adequate rest, with no disruption due to noise caused by property renters. That was the only negative impact it had on the atmosphere during my stay. Unfortunately I wanted to leave early but the booking was non refundable. Am I saying this makes them bad people, No. I understand you host for profit and guests are required to pay. I perceived they weren’t mindful or considerate of my presence downstairs at that point. Hosts will not always please everyone, however please consider addressing the noise levels. Please do not take offense from me providing my honest feedback. I believe making better changes so that guest aren’t consistently interrupted can be conducive to the success of your business as well as the overall satisfaction and comfortability for future guest. I hope that it can be an area of improvement and that all goes well. Remember the Golden Rule, ~In everything, Do to others what you would have them do to you~. God bless you all!

I liked the coffee that was provided and the home vibe of the place.

The coffee machine wasn’t working but that’s all.

Nicely furnished and very clean. It had what we needed for a night. Apartment was spacious!

There was little soundproofing between floors. Towels could be nicer.

It was clean and it was in a nice location. It was also not a bad size for a basement apartment

It was a nice place but there were quite a few issues one is that it didn't have air conditioning or if it did it wasn't very good. Also to get inside you have to duck down quite a bit so you don't hit your head. I rented it for my dad so he could stay down near my mom for her back surgery and he said a few nights it was almost too hot to sleep and the fan did not help. Another thing is the fact that they waited till after I rented the apartment to send the photos about the extremely low awning. They show a photo of the main door of the house but leave out the actual photo of the basement door which shows that they know it is an issue. It is a lie by omission and I don't plan to rent again from a place that would lie to me. I waited a bit to post a review to see if they updated their photos with a clear picture of the door and they have not. They have a caution sign saying they are not at fault if you hit your head. You also have to park across the street you can not use the driveway. It just isn't a good place to stay if you have any mobility issues or have a hard time bending/ducking.

I loved the location of the property as it’s off the beaten path and on a quiet, secluded property providing privacy and safety. While there isn’t abundant light from windows; there is much light to be gained from opening door with screened access. It was a quaint air conditioned space that was very clean and perfect for our brief weekend getaway.

There wasn’t much that didn’t meet the needs of my family. It was perfect.
