Absolutely nothing, they cancelled my booking at the last moment saying they had no more rooms, they were still advertising rooms. They had made a mistake with the pricing of the specific room I had booked and paid for. I had to spend the entire morning looking for an other place, had to pay with my credit card for another place without my money paid back from this place with no compassion for the situation they put me in. I was in tears trying to sort out something, my daughter stranded. As far as im concerned, they shouldn't be in HOSPITALITY...... SHAMEFUL service
