Location was the only thing and Front desk person

No Kettle Provided , No coffee sachets / tea bags, Breakfast was the biggest joke 2 idly and vada . Would you believe it they didnt even provide coffee tea with Breakfast. Let alone buffet it was sent through security to the room after persistent follow up . Guess they charged 150 per person for breakfast. Big let down by Treebo. TV remote wasnt working . We have been to Treebo properties before . This was a complete let down

Good comforting stay. AC rooms, clean toilet, comfortable bed and TV. Room was spacious enough with cupboards, chair and table. Hot water was 24x7 which is good. Front desk was helpful and also has a lift.

Breakfast could have been better. Just two items were there, idly and vada with tea/coffee. Maybe a dosa/poori and sweet would be great. But not a big complaint.

The room was as shown in the booking site. Staff were friendly. Hot water was available AC worked well. Cleanly maintained.

The approach road (Service lane) is dug up and hardly had space for the vehicle to manoeuvre On arrival at the room, the Health faucet gun was continuously leaking and not addressed until check-out. The Tata Sky connection in the room was not active and was not activated upon request also The bathroom was clean, however the bucket and mug provided had a sediment of salt due to the hardness of the water The linen was torn in a few places Breakfast on the next day was not provided even after 845 am while it was promised to be served in the room between 830-1000 am. Breakfast mentioned in the room had more options as part of the package, but was offered to be served only Idli & vada which eventually did not get served.
