Your Support guy called me 7-8 times during my midnight to get wifi issue fixed that i reported, even after told him not to call as my family including a one year old baby was sleeping. Very stupid and unprofessional. Even more he was trying to accommodate me with a new room that has wifi connection in a middle of night when we were sleeping. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Neat and clean rooms.

Rooms were clean to Treebo standard like how we see in other Treebo hotels. Good car parking. Though location in ring road, hotels towards main Mysore are 20 mins away by car (was not a problem to us).

We expected 2 main course of breakfast, but was served only single main course (idly, Vada, dosa missed breads) but provided was sufficient and tasty

They have not considering the complimentary breakfast, we were expected morning 7:30am. But they told me 8:45am, till that I cannot west my time and without having breakfast we left the hotel with wife and kids .

Location is good. Rooms are spacious with almost all amenities. Ambience is good. Rooms are ventilated.

But cleanliness of washroom was a concern. Proper quilt was not provided for 3rd guest. Staff is totally unprofessional. Service needs improvement. morning breakfast was also not satisfactory. It was below average.

The hotel people arranged a pick up for us when they found we are only ladies with a child
