Tolle Lage, gutes Raumklima, hübsche Deko, schöne Aufteilung des Appartments. Guter und schneller, persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bzw. dem Verwalter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung (im 1. Stock) ist recht steil. In der Wohnung gibt es aber keine Stufen 👍🏻
