MIA HOUSE APARTMENT

Perfect location. on the fringe of the historic town with easy to access restaurants, shops, station in the non/less touristic part of town. The apartment is tastefully decorated with- iron, great hairdryer, plenty of space, coffee maker and the washing machine was the best.

We loved the apartment but there is a very steep and short staircase to get to your room so if you have mobility issues this would be a major issue but not a problem otherwise.

Un lugar excepcional. Es demasiado bello y acogedor el apartamento. Se nota el esfuerzo en la decoración. Agradecí que tuviera lavadora. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes a nuestra llegada y hasta fueron a buscarnos a un lugar cercano para guiarnos de un lugar en donde estacionar. Es perfecta su ubicación. No dudes en hospedarte aquí. Nos recibieron con galletas, Nutella, café y algunas cosas más.

There are so many great things to love, love, love about this apartment. Communication with the host was excellent. I arrived by train and the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk away. I was greeted on time and check-in was seamless. Location was great, situated right between the old town of Monopoli and the new town. Conveniences of the new town (train station for day trips, supermarkets & banks) and old town (restaurants, wine bars, sea views and meandering) were all within a few minutes walk. Bar Roma which was literally outside the front door serves the best gelato in town. A pastry to go to eat on your little juliette balcony in the sunshine will have you sorted for breakfast or afternoon tea. The apartment itself was so well equipped and appointed with everything (even a washing machine), plus a few little extras for a very comfortable short or longer stay. It was spacious, airy and immaculately clean. Bed was super comfy. A very big thank you for a very enjoyable stay, I do hope that I may return again some day to live la dolce vita. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous apartment and central location

The property was beautifully renovated and decorated and had fantastic facilities ( the best we had of all the places we booked around Puglia). We loved the balcony and being able to watch the world go by below. Excellent location we couldn’t have wanted for anything more. The hosts left us a welcome bottle of wine which was delicious. Such a lovely touch.

La ubicación entre el casco antiguo y la ciudad nueva es privilegiada . A metros de la catedral y muy cómodo para llegar en auto y estacionar cerca del apartamento, un balcón ( está en un primer piso ) para todos los usos , donde podes incorporarte al bar que está debajo. Muy atentos sus dueños .

Very neat and tidy with amazing service! Modern apartment with everything you need close by. A nice bar/café just outside and the beach/tourist area within walking distance.
