Please note that full settlement of total reservation in cash or credit card (Visa and Master Card only) is required at least 1 day before departure at the cruise office or via bank transfer. Please note that cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions. A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision at all times. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilize the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly. Please note that the property accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests' property. Insurance is strongly recommended. Passengers are not allowed to bring dangerous or illegal substances onto the cruise. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. A deposit may be required at the property.

best thing I liked about the cruise were the staff and the people of the ship .They were very humble and kind Also since we were vegetarians and most of the food were meat and pork,they specifically made some veg dishes ans served us Amazing hospitality

"OK cruise in Halong Bay"

Nice food Organization good overall. TiTop Island fine, kayaking nice, Surprising cave - very surprising and impressive.

The cruise ship was somewhat worn, could be better maintained. The personnel seemed a bit tired and disengaged as well. Examples: drinks offered only when we're almost done eating. Happy hour - "buy two, get one free" - but even though you buy two drinks, they don't automatically offer you a third drink or even mention happy hour. The return from kayak trip was so late, that we missed the sunset(!) Very disappointing. The ship sailed a short distance from the harbor before anchoring up for the night. Then sailed same way back again next morning. Would have been nice to see some more of the Bay. Mind you, excursions were done in a smaller vessel from the cruise ship.

"Peaceful and beautiful, the best cruise on Halong Bay!"

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They communicated very well, and looked after us throughout. The manager made plenty of jokes, which was impressive given that English obviously isn't his first language!

We would've loved to have done some squid fishing, but appreciate that we may not have had enough time to do it.

"Amazing views and experience"

We did the three day to night package with this company and would definitely recommended over the one night package. Staff were great and very helpful. Food was delicious and all the day tours were spectacular.

Would definitely recommend letting them know if you don’t eat seafood, as the set dinner menu is a lot of extravagant seafood.

"A truly fantastic experience."

We did the 2 day cruise, which I would highly recommend, the second day is just truly amazing. The cruise boat was lovely and we had a great cabin with a balcony and jacuzzi bath. The staff were amazing, the food incredible. James our guide was superb.

this is not really a criticism, but perhaps a warning about how much food you will be served in one sitting would help you to be cautious about eating too much early!
