Beds were comfortable and it was a pretty good location. Aircon was good while it lasted. It stopped working after the first night and wasn’t fixed for the last two nights

The whole room smelt like a sewer. The smell coming from the drains in the bathroom smelt like something had died. The smell would wake us up at night. When we got back from a day out, it was sickly and we would have to sit with the windows and door open for a long time. Aircon broke on day two, we asked for it to be fixed and they said they would. It wasnt. It made the room stuffy and smell even worse. We also asked from the bin to be emptied and it never was.

We booked for 4 people and we had only 3 single beds . Staff was very disrespectful and wanted to call the police when the 4th person wanted to come inside. Room was smelly and the bedsheets dirty . A horrible smell was coming from the toilet and all the room smelled so bad !

Great location close to the bus station. Very private and secure

Facilities are okay but it could improve like the toilets.

Could have some kitchen appliances(soon, fork, knife, dish)

location was optimal for the purpose of my trip. Staff, when around the property usually in the mornings were helpful and super friendly, I do appreciate that.

Place was dark, needs more light on the hallways. Areas for sitting or even a receptionist (front desk) or a designated room for their staff would be appreciated.
