The Hacienda Lovina

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Hacinda Lovina ! Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et sincère. Un immense merci à Kadek, qui s’occupait avec soin de la nourriture, du linge et qui a été notre véritable repère sur place. Sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous remercions également Vishnu, notre conducteur et guide, toujours aux petits soins et qui a fait de chaque déplacement un moment agréable et sûr. Grâce à eux, notre voyage à Bali a été exceptionnel, rempli de belles découvertes et de souvenirs précieux. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de gratitude et recommandons vivement le Hacinda Lovina !

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé. Obrovská vila s nádherným výhledem byla jen pro nás!❤️O vše postará personál, ať už je to vypůjčení scooterů, domlouvání výletů, či dokonalá snídaně 🍳. Nemám co vytknout, byl to nezapomenutelný zážitek ☺️

Wat een luxe huis met eigen personeel! Het uitzicht en de zonsondergang is fantastisch om vanaf deze plek te zien. Super vriendelijk personeel. Er is heerlijk gekookt en ook onze laundry is gedaan! Top!

Absolutely fantastic location, style & grandeur (as photos).. but best of all was all the amazing staff... the most friendly, helpful & humble people..., most certainly, a true credit & the heart to Hacienda Lovina!

Pros : u have the whole place for yourselves. U can cook and the staff is very helpful and on site till certain time to help with whatever you need. Including laundry. Privacy is great as you have the whole place. Bathrooms and bedrooms were large. Pool was a good size. View is definitely a plus when we booked. Water machine is provided so that's a bonus. They also provide karaoke system...eventho we didn't use the karaoke..u can hear other people in the area at night singing away. Kadek was very helpful and always with a smile. You can actually order food from some restaurants and get it delivered. Kadek even offered to cook ( but with a fee) of cos if you don't feel like cooking. They also have an on site massage lady which you can also book.

Cons : you only have air con in the rooms. No fans at the open common areas...dining and kitchen. So when there is no wind..it can be pretty humid. Also at night insects would be expected as middle of lush greenery. But the ants are really fast...10mins and they are all over your food in the kitchen. Would be nice to have fans around the property...least where the open area sofas are to be more comfortable. Not a fan of the metal frames to bathrooms as noisy when going in out bathrooms n bedrooms. If not shut properly, insects come in. Only master has mosquite net. . Very hot in the afternoon due to the glass. Also please be mindful of the stairs leading up as the tiles used are a bit sharp. Husband scraped his heel 2x and it was bleeding quite badly.

We were informed on arrival that if we wanted a meal cooked the cost would be 25K per person, as there was 7 of us this amounted to 175K per meal or 525K per day. I have stayed at this villa 3 times now and this is the first time I have been charged for meal preparation (we have to pay for our own groceries understandably). For the amount charged for one meal we could have hired a full time cook each day. It was only after I complained that we were told breakfast was free on the last day we were there and the "cook" did not even turn up until 10.30. The property has not been properly maintained throughout the 3 years I have been visiting, the bathroom in one of the downstairs bathrooms flooded anytime someone took a shower as the drain was not adequate and during a particularly heavy rain fall all of the downstairs doors had to be plugged with towels as the doors were not adequately sealed.

The Villa is very beautiful, very spacious and has amazing view. Very comfortable bed and great swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ayu is always reachable and reliable. She cooked very delicious fried rice and also wash our laundry. Gede, the security is always there from evening to morning. The staff made us feel very comfortable.

Very noisy! Unfortunately the villa is located on the hill where we could hear all noises from everywhere. The street noises especially the very loud motorbike. We could hear people talking, the loud music, we don't know exactly from where all the noises. It was just too noisy.

Staff where amazing tuned up with a cake for my birthday 🎊 place was out of this world but the staff made it special
