entrance and foyer’s nice and roomy

floor buckling,extra charge for air conditioning, ripped towels,black mold on bathrooms, poor satellite signal and host not being able to match up remotes. driver they recommend cost 30 dollars to travel 2 miles. advertising ocean view yeah about 4 miles away but they call that an upgrade. we were scheduled to stay 5 days we left after two home in need of professional work low water pressure hot water lukewarm toilets clog occasionaly

accommodation was not good....her son that helps her with the guesthouse was rude my first night there....I left and came back to see a key in my door like someone was in my room while I was away....her son David says he was checking something out and had to remove some pillows from the bed as per policy for the money you spend with not refund....the place is not ran like a proper business....plus they had family visiting the same time I was there and they got the better of everything had a run in with him the first night I checked in with my plus 1 and was told he couldn't stay and had to pay money had to ASK to get room/bathroom cleaned and sheets and towels replaced and changed wifi stopped working in room....TV stopped working last few days of my stay...privacy was poor as anyone could look through the top of my room door and see what was going on in the room nothing advertised was as it was and their no refund policy made the stay even worst as you were at their mercy as far as service went they should be taken off the Booking platform so others don't have the same poor experience

I loved staying here! The house, the pool and the surroundings are magnificent, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to get away from the busy city life and get some rest. Joyce, David and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

You are absolutely dependent on a car, but they don‘t want to call a Taxi for you. So you they Drive you and charge too much for it. Our room (no. 2) couldn‘t fullfill our expectations we had behause of th pics. Room was small and stuffy, Balkony was separated. And Stuff is treated very bad without any Reason :-( Unforrunately we missed any warmth…
