Villa Grazia Lipari

The location was fantastic, very close to the center near the port! The view is 10/10. The apartment facilities were modern, clean and functioned perfectly. The terrace was great to be able to use for aperitif, watching sunrise and relaxing.

The steep path leading up to the property !! But it was worth it !

Everything. The terrace overlooking the bay is the best. But also, great comms from Ambra. Her mom, onsite, was lovely and helpful (and her pasta cauli cheese was the best pasta we had on our trip - seriously!). The apartment is spacious, tasteful and well-equipped. The shower was hot and powerful. The lighting is so thoughtfully planned. The location is far enough from the centre that you don't feel hemmed in with the other tourists but close enough to walk everywhere

The view was absolutely stunning and both bedrooms quite modern.

There is a steep walk way to enter the property - not a problem for us, but something to take into consideration. Although there is parking at the back and then no steep walk.

Great location, 700m from the port making it easy to get too! There were also some nice restaurants and bars nearby which was super handy too!

Only negative to get to the property it is a very steep incline so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage it will be a workout!

Wow wow wow, we (family of 5) loved this apartment. It was the best one we stayed at ,out of all the ones we went to during our 5 week holiday. We stayed in the upstairs apartment. It was spacious, felt fresh, clean , great air conditioning . The decor was lovely and it had great views. The front veranda was fantastic..we chose to not go out for dinner but get food from local cafe’s restaurants and food from the grocery store and eat dinner on the beautiful verandah with a gorgeous view! The washing machine was a communal one downstairs but that wasn’t a problem. We’d DEFINITELY recommend this place ( especially our upstairs unit) with no hesitation.

Ok there is 1 issue… the walk from the Main Street up to the apartment is VERY VERY STEEP! Luckily for us we were fit but with the luggage on arrival it was challenging. The host later told us we could have taken a taxi that would have bought us to the back of the property!! I’d DEFINITELY recommend this on arrival with luggage.. ask the host about it ..for the rest of your time there the struggle walking up is worth the beautiful apartment.. but be mindful if you’re old or unfit.. you will struggle .
