Villa Grazia Lipari

View was lovely

Shower was really really small, showerhead was at waist height only in 2nd bathroom inside a bath and was leaking, needed repair, cafeterias were mouldy inside, steep and long path to property entrance then more than 20 steps to our unit which with luggage is exhausting on a hot day, 3rd bedroom is very very small, no basic pantry items provided and half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 3 nights for 6 people, ridiculous!

Spectacular views from the balcony and solarium. The accommdation was clean & tidy and well maintained. The accommodation was set back off the main road and fairly quiet. Great location with an easy walk to the main street and restaurants. Ferry port was close and was a relatively short walk to the accommodation. We hired a car for a day and drive around the island. The driving was easy compared to other areas of Italy/Sicily and highly recommend hiring a car at least for a day to explore the island. We also did a day trip to Salina which was only appx 25 mins away by ferry and highly recommend visiting Salina or using Lipari as a base to explore the other islands.

No real issues but things to be aware of: - Although not really a big deal, you will need to walk up a path / ramp to the accommodation from the main road. The path was quite easy to wheel luggage on as there were no steps. - There is a common washing machine for use by the upstairs and downstairs appartments. It is located downstairs and the back of the property under the awning. It was quite large and easy to use but we had trouble finding it at first as we thought the washing facilities were located withing the apartment.

Very clean comfortable property, 10 min walk in to town .

The Villa had a magical view and Balcony and was in a great location

We were a family of 6 and we had 3 bedrooms but no living area at all - perhaps that was in description but I assumed there would be a table and couch . The balcony did have a great table but on one of our days it rained and so we had no where to eat except on our beds! I also felt 1 half roll of toilet paper and no cleaning products was a bit stingy ! Luckily it’s a lovely town !

Fantastic view and location. Rooms spotless and spacious. Beds and air conditioning of highest standard. Excellent communication with host (including advice) and an exceptionally smooth check in. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance - we will be back!

Missing some small touches which would have made it a truly comfortable stay. One towel allocation per person without washing facilities and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom were unfortunately not sufficient for a four night stay. Some basic kitchen products (e.g. dishwasher tablets) would also improve the stay.

The apartment was wonderfull, fully equiped, and with everything at hand for the stay

Nothing at all

Great outdoor space with sofa, table and other seating options that also allowed for privacy. Host was immensely helpful and always available. Apartment is very well equipped with washing machine, coffee machine etc. Amazing view over Lipari.
