"My family extremely disappointed and actually urgently requesting my booking refund!!!"

Nothing. Actually we did not even stay there. We cancelled our booking immediately after arriving at the facility.

The limited online pictures are photoshop pictures. The pictures are completely different to the actual place. No secure parking facilities available and units not up to the facility price standards. So disappointed!!!.
