Le personnel est très agréable et la gestion des clés est facilité. Le logement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais laisse un buffet (fruits et thé/café) en libre service toute la journée, ainsi que l'accès à une cuisine commune. La terrasse et piscine avec vue sont accessible en continue pour l'ensemble des locataires.
