I loved the location and the ambience of the hotel

The extra plus charge which it’s not included in the booking application. Totally 3 plus charges. I would recommended you should show in the booking app as well. To avoid confusing the price was not the same in the booking app

The rooms are well designed, decorated and with phenomenal views of the skyline. The restaurants were very good. The spa is excellent.

One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Because we booked two of the rooms with children through Booking.com apparently the hotel recorded only one person in each room so we received only one breakfast. Check your booking. We also could not take our children to the sky bar but saw at least two families with children seated. When I pointed it out to the hostess we were told again no children were allowed.

The exceptional location on the upper floors of the skyscraper sets the tone of the stay from the very first minutes at the hotel. All the services are well-tailored to the most nuanced tastes of the guests.

Hotel dripping in beauty. Staff was excellent. Attentive and kind.

Service was great. More a fancy business hotel than luxury retreat.

Lobby lounge on 35/F leaked when it rained. The bathroom shower didn’t drain well.

The breakfast was great and there were a great selection of restaurants to choose from in the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and assisted us with any issues we had. the location of the hotel is also great as it is close to the malls and bars and restaurants.
