Beautifully appointed, every detail thought of. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and breakfast was a highlight for the family.

Fabulous hotel and facilities. Very upmarket and modern. Fantastic Afternoon Tea menu. Food in all the restaurants was delicious and tasty. Room accomodation was superb with mesmerizing views of the city. Will definitely be back again.

The pricing of the menu at the Japanese restaurant was slightly higher than expected however the food was fabulous.

The staff (room attendant) forgot to tell us basic information such as where the pool and swimming pool, how to unlock the room door ... Windows were very dirty ...
