Great location, very comfortable

Location was fantastic and quiet

No welcome pack with instructions on how to do things or what was near by. Bathroom really needs some attention with mould in the shower and on the walls , no ventilation or pole to open the skylight. Duvets and pillows could be better quality and cleaner .The 2 clocks down stairs both need batteries! Parking is hit and miss not a lot of room for on street parking.

There was a leak in the bathroom when we arrived The shower and bathroom had mould around it with a bit of mould on the kitchen blind There was 5 of us to stay but there was noway 5 of us was fitting around the sofa to watch tv The house was very cold once the heating went off and it couldn't be set on clock for us getting up in the morning and the house was freezing The parking was absolutely horrendous not once did we get parked outside the house I had to drive around each time to find an empty car park and then to leave my car there all night with no security

Steep stairs

Damp smell throughout the property coming from the bathroom.nowhere to store our clothes.no curtains on any windows.believed by the photos that there was a large wooden deck and it wasn't.Noise coming from large lorry's at front of the property at all hours.nowhere to dry clothes as there is no front or back garden.My mother has a rollator and she had to walk on road as all cars parked on entire footpath outside.No parking had to park quite a bit away from the house.
