"great location, property a bit small and bathroom needs some attention"

excellent location and a clean and tidy property

Parking is a problem as the house is in a very narrow busy street, this was an issue. The toilet seat was broken with lots of mold on bath room walls. The grouting and sealant in the shower need replacing. The accommodation is really only suitable for 4 people despite the number of beds. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our stay and it felt very cramped in the lounge area.

The location

Hi thanks for sending all the information that we needed for the weekend stay, the house was very central which was great. However, we believe that the pictures of the house were very misleading. The house needs a lot of updating and cleaning, when we first came in the house the house had a smell like dogs have been staying in it- unsure if it’s animal Friendly? The bathroom especially we were disappointed with, my brother has severe asthma and only ended up staying for one night instead of two because of the mould in the bathroom and shower. We were staying here for a family members wedding and we were going to leave on the Saturday too after the one night as we felt nothing was clean however we had no other option as we had plans and things booked, also could not get no where else to stay and the price of the house for 2 nights we thought it was a shame to let it go to waste. The sofa bed also looked like a part of it has been broken with two screws hanging out and the rooms were very dusty and had a lot of webs with spiders. Overall it has so much potential but unfortunately we feel very let down with the stay I have included some pictures.

I would deffo recommend the views townhouse, this is an exceptional house very clean, spacious and well located to the town centre. The area is very quiet it has a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views

I cannot fault anything at all
