Staff were friendly and courteous

We booked for breakfast for the three days that we were there, then got told on the Sunday that they didn’t have a chef to cook breakfast on the Monday, so had to find somewhere else for our breakfast before travelling back home.

Not a lot really

My first room the TV would not work and no wardrobe. Moved to second room no door on toilet as it was taken off and left in hallway. The room initially was cold. Then the handle came off the main door which was fixed. This hotel is very tired no attention to detail and stair carpet was dirty and needs replacing. Sorry but these are the facts.

The staff were very friendly. We meet up at the pub with our friends and family from all over the UK to watch the Autumn International Wales vs South Africa. Arrived early this time due to the game and staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier just to put our bags into the rooms. Location is walking distance from the train station! We came back at about 10pm to a nice live band! Thank you to all the staff!
