The Newbridge Hotel

Friendly staff, super breakfast. We stayed overnight on a long distance cycling trip.

The bar shut very early at 20.30

The location is great for visiting a local music venue. The room was fine for the night. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It could do with a bit of decorating. The staff were amazing and really friendly. The breakfast was really good value. I will stay again.

The shower was a bit old but it worked. There's no hair dryer but I took my own. The room only had one mug, so we had to share. I didn't notice this until the morning, but if I had asked earlier the staff would have given me another.

Shower got duck tape round it felt like I was being spat at, toilet flush shocking, matters too big for bed. Solid mattress.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was OK full English. Rooms were tired, as was furnishings in room. Double rooms small, family room very good and spacious for my son and grandchildren. We only stayed one night as we attended a family gathering nearby. Value for money reasonable for a family of seven, with 3 rooms.

Very tired.
