Esk House Apartment

Really comfortable and cosy, and immaculately clean. It had everything your would need for your stay. Martin, the host, was very attentive.

We thought it was nearer to the beach, but it was fine and parking was easy. There are quite steep steps up to the main living area - fine for us but might be a problem for some.

I really enjoyed the layout of the apartment, very cozy rooms the location was good and parking was easy. Everything was super tidy and the lady who took me around was really nice 👍

The only thing I didn't like which was not a huge deal is alot of the windows didn't open and the one behind the bed didn't have a rubber gaskets so the seagals were quite loud at night, but wasn't that bad.

Location was excellent for our needs. Warm, spacious and clean.

We feel very lucky to have found this property so last minute! It is extremely spacious and clean. It has everything you could need and is situated really close to the station and high street (10 minute walk to the station, 5 minute walk to the high street). It was about -5 degrees when we stayed in Montrose, but the apartment was lovely and warm, which made it feel very cosy. Beds were super comfortable and lots of pillows, which we were really grateful for (usually you get one deflated pillow in a hotel!) Array of teas and coffee options, as well as hot chocolate and biscuits provided, which was a lovely added touch. Martin was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and his daughter was very kind in helping us in and showing us around in Martin’s absence. All in all, a wonderful stay! Excellent accommodation. We were only there for one night and were sorry it wasn't longer. Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and centrally located. Perfect.

It was really nice apartment. There was everything you need. Kitchen with everything, lovely and warm rooms. Comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would really recommend this if you were looking for a nice central place that's clean and Comfortable and has everything you need look no further. Thanks for a really nice stay
