"Perfect location in Montrose"

Perfect location. Lovely and clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful old building. Prompt and friendly communication from owners.

Stairs were a bit awkward to get suitcases up to bedrooms. There was a sensor light in a neighbouring property that switched on and off all night which was a bit annoying.

It’s convenience with washbasin in every room. We slept very well. The owner is very nice. Coffee and cookie which provided are so good. My father likes it but so sad that we couldn’t find it during our trip in U.K.

The temperature of hot water in shower in 1st floor was not hot enough. It’s just same as my body temperature.

We were only there one night and didn’t need all of the amenities but clearly there would be good value for a longer stay. Great location. We found very nice places to have both dinner and breakfast within a 3-4 minute drive. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Convenient parking.

Creaky beds. Twisting stairs means this would not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues.
