Very clean, easy parking, perfect location and very comfortable beds

Nothing we didn’t like. The TV reception was a little temperamental, we weren’t bothered at all, but an avid TV fan might be.

Perfect location close to the town centre and railway station. The apartment was well decorated and clean. Everything you needed was provided. The owner (Martin) was friendly and extremely helpful. We were going to Brechin at night, and Martin gave us a lift to save us getting a taxi/bus. Exceptional service. I would highly recommend the Esk House Apartment. I will definitely be back.

Martin met us as planned and did a great tour of the property. All great and easy to use and manage.

Martin forgot to turn on the wifi in the upstairs block.

Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Martin; the host is very helpful , checking with us to see if we needed anything at all during our stay.Bed comfortable, kitchen well equipt with a lovely bottle of Proseco in the fridge to greet us! Approx 5 to 7 minutes walk to the High Street where there is the best Chinese take away called the Hong Kong.

Very spacious, very warm and fully stocked with everything and more……..including a garlic press…….not that I usually have use for a garlic press but still!

My only gripe is my mum did struggle with the stairs a bit.

It was stunning, was so peaceful. There was everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Had everything you needed and in a great location. Was kept nice and warm (December stay) which is a big plus for me as I hate being cold. The owner was very responsive with any questions and also provided parking on his drive as there was a pantomime on so the street parking was full. If this wasn’t helpful enough we also forgot my son favourite stuffed toy which Martin didn’t hesitate to return via post at his own expense. A very kind gesture and sums up how nice the owners are. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

The layout was unusual & did make be a little unsure.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Nice and cosy and quiet. The owners have thought of everything. Martin was great at communicating and we will definitely back. Highly recommended.
