The location was lovely the photos are not what you get when your there

Thermostat for heating is shared with the otherside guests and is a hive so owner controls its remotely turning it off so property is freezing on return also cvtv in that room so I guess owner can check on whose turning on heating etc Light bulbs not working in living room and en-suite Small tv on all wall not on stand as in pictures Garden not suitable for dogs or children as massive drop also garden is a total mess wood and broken panels everywhere looks like a junk yard Says pet friendly but dogs aren’t allowed past a point in house Needs a deep clean Utensils very few needs to have full inventory Cupboards fridge and floors dirty Bathroom fan full of dust and dirt in en suite Main bathroom not finished behind bath very dirty and tiles not fitted correctly One big sofa and a conservatory 2 seater in living room not very comfy The big dresser in kitchen needs to be chained to wall as is sloped and full of cobwebs behind it Was disappointed in general as pictures must have been when it was lovely so really does need a whole sort A lot of blinds missing and living room curtains too heavy for rail so coming off and hard to pull together

Great spacious cottage

Needs more cooking equipment electric went off new years eve but managed to get on needs to advertise that it's shared with another cottage when had people wondering around the garden we didn't no was shared also thermostat was put down to 9 degrees when it's below 0 outside when turned up it kept going down also shared utility the cleaner leaving for days washing in so we couldn't use them

Lots of space, dog friendly.

Quiet and peaceful cottage - all on one level with easy accessibility around the cottage for Mum and her walker. Cottage was clean, with a good range of kitchen equipment and appliances. (Could have done with the instructions for the airfryer having never used one) Clear directions and instructions on accessing the cottage, and owner was very helpful when I forgot the keysafe number.

Both toilet seats were very loose, to the point of slipping whilst using the toilet. Concerning for all but especially a frail 92yr old. We dud manage to tighten one. Electrical supply to pond considered to be dangerous ... a live 4 way domestic extension lead exposed to weather elements is a potential death risk.
