Loved the quiet location, spacious rooms & general feel about the place.

We wasn't told that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms until we arrived & found notes on the doors. There were a few little handyman jobs around the property that needed doing but these were not a deal breaker for me

Location was good and room was spacious.

Cleanliness in general was very poor,cobwebs on the ceiling corners,mould in the corners,broken cupboards,no cutlery-knives,forks,spoons.Constant smell like the gutters are blocked.

Good spacious living area, quiet garden, fish pond. Kitchen was supplied with most if what anyone could need. Spacious rooms.

Check listing. This is not one house it is a shared property with a lockable link door in the lounge with a shared garden. The garden is not secure for dogs and not child friendly. Rubbish rubble collapsing steps. Not safe. You can hear next door through walls. Perfect for a large family sharing two separate properties but not strangers. Cleaning is about 5 out of 10. Kitchen cupboards very tired. Look, it's okay for the money with large rooms and shower rooms. The place needs some work inside and out. I would not rebook as a garden, not dog friendly or secure, and certainly not safe
