Super comfortable and plush! Super quiet and cozy.

We expected a quaint hotel and understood that it was a boutique building with renovations. The person who checked us in was delightful. The downsides were unexpected. We had no TV, nothing with drawers to store clothing, the shower provided only super hot or cold water. There was no housekeeping unless requested and the front desk was available from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Nice place! I think the host’s name was Emily. She was great!!!!!! She carried our bags up the stairs and was very helpful with all our questions!

It was a cool ambience/aesthetic.. but our bed and pillows were awful. The water in the shower was impossible to make a comfortable temperature. There was no room service to clean the rooms. I didn’t get the room I booked. And the person that I reached out to could have cared less lol. They didn’t say oh I’m sorry. Etc etc, very weird. The bartender was also very unfriendly. So made the vibe kind of awkward. Also, if you look at the reviews they have similar complaints. Don’t expect anything extra from this place, it’s a 3 star hotel with cool aesthetics.

Came for the tub and architecture(delicious copper depth and available serotonin soak did not disappoint!) and must say was pleasantly surprised by the true emphasis on ways to build community during the stay via the sibling of a pizza place next door. Without being forceful (i wasnt exactly in a new people meeting mindset during my short travel weary stay) every person on staff helped me feel seen and taken care of. I witnessed new friendships blossoming at the bar both times i visited and danced in my booth to the choice music selections that carried us into the night. Looking for a unique welcoming stay, love historic architecture, open to meeting new folks? This place is definitely worth trying...repeatedly! I am already trying to see how i can be back with friends!

Hotel booked a private party so the on site parking and restaurant were off limits to hotel guests. They had live music playing right out our window and loud party guests until 11:00- didn’t work out well for us since we had to be up at 4:00 am. Hotel offered no accommodations for the inconveniences.

The most gorgeous place to stay. Truly special. We felt so safe and at home here.

Beautiful property! Friendly staff. The best beds ever. It was lime sleeping on a cloud. Our trip had a few hiccups and we had to change our reservations. Nichole was able to accommodate the date change and we extended our stay. We would definitely come back and look forward to visiting the other locations.
