A stylish and unique place

The copper tubs are amazing!

Housekeeping did not come to the room for the duration of the stay (3 nights) and we had to request extra towels (we were given two washcloths for nights.

This was a unique hotel experience. It’s a clean hotel in a nice part of town within a mile of just about anything you could want to do. But it’s an old building, low privacy, low security room doors, no real room storage and no room safe. Just a rickety old drafty door and a key deadbolt. Yes a real key. No Headboard on the bed was the worst sleeping experience in a while. No elevator and narrow old stairs makes getting luggage in and out an adventure. Parking was poor as well. While I enjoyed my stay, this is not an experience I would ever repeat.

This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, possibly my favorite. If you’re heading to Denver as a couple, do yourself a favor and book this place. Urban Cowboy is in a league of its own: effortlessly cool, perfectly on-theme, intimate, and full of thoughtful little touches that make the whole stay feel personal and unforgettable. Every inch of the property feels like it was curated with love and creativity. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience. From the uniquely designed rooms to the cozy vibes throughout. The cherry on top? The bar. Opening at 5 PM daily, it’s a full-on vibe—craft cocktails, stylish decor, and an energy that feels both elevated and welcoming. Shout out to Nicole—she was an absolute gem. So cool, kind, helpful, welcoming. She made us feel right at home!! An 11/10 stay!!! My photos do no justice.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. I loved the Pendleton robes and bedding. The text communications were very nice prior to check in and during the stay. Coffee in the bar area was nice. Other reviews mentioned street noise. I was on the third floor and when I made a point to listen for cars, I did notice. It would only be a problem for light sleepers.

Only thing i would say is all the info and copy of my liscence i gave them when i arrived they didn't update to their system so when they gave me option of online check out none of it was there and i was at a writing convention and was far too busy and tired to want to fill out all that information again and the workers don't get there until about ten am and i had wanted to leave about eight am, otherwise everything was beautiful

The front desk is really nice and helpful. If you wnna try an unique experience, you should try this hotel. You will definitely love it.

Loved the tub and the bubble bath and bath salts.

Cute retro boutique hotel with a beautiful copper tub and extra comfortable bed. We thought the minibar selection was thoughtful (wink wink). The location was average, we found a good brewery nearby and a few places to eat.
