In der Weihnachtszeit, war alles hübsch dekoriert und das Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig und mit der sehr guten Patisserie des Hauses. Die frischen Kuchen sind hervorragend. Die direkte Strandlage ist hervorragend.

I had a very pleasant experience overall. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Sri Lankan food options, with fewer Western dishes, which was exactly what I was hoping for. The hopper station was outstanding and the lady in charge was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. She really made the breakfast experience special. The hotel’s location is another strong point. It is conveniently situated and makes it easy to access nearby tourist attractions, beaches and sightseeing spots around. The surroundings feel relaxed and calm, perfect for a short stay. Overall, Koggala Beach Hotel offers good value, authentic local flavors and warm hospitality.

The electric water heater provided in the room for making tea and coffee was quite old and could be upgraded. The washrooms could also use some improvement. Other than these minor points, everything else was good and fair for the value we paid and the overall stay was comfortable.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Good location at a beautiful beach.

Little bit old hotel. But ok to Sri Lanka standards.
