It was spacious

There was hardly anything i didn’t like about it.

Property was clean, comfortable and conveniently situated near the station, the town centre and the Nottingham arena. A modern apartment. Useful kitchen facilities.

Nothing

Bedroom was smelly and unmade Half eaten food in the fridge, bin was not emptied They had not bothered to clean up the room before I arrived. You could hear everything that happened outside the window, cars, horns, people talking I spent the entire weekend soaking up towels as the floor boards was leaky, infact I have no words.

Good location, lovely decor and comfy bed

Tv remote needs new batteries and no tea bags but otherwise it was perfect

It's a nice studio in a convenient location

Internet did not work on second day and the problem was not sorted out - I had to contact internet providers who could not help. Having rung the 'emergency number', someone promised to get back to me, nobody did. The apartment had not been cleaned properly - floor dirty. No light in entrance hallway. Poor communication from hosts - irrelevant chatbot messages. No response to the complaint form.
