Excellent location on Regent Road, close to sea, shops and restaurants

Instructions on Booking.com unclear. This is a private apartment in an apartment block, staff on reception not responsible for managing the apartment. It took a few calls to get access - and unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned. Understand that these things happen and this was quickly resolved - thank you, Maureen
