The most is an amazing person respond very quick

The person that cleans the place or that's in charge of the upkeep could use some guidance we had no blankets and extra towels this was delivered when we were sleeping the person entered the room without our permission the door was open by them this is not safe rather should have left it at the reception invaded privacy

In general that really was the Worst hotel experience in Cape Town!!! This booking.com experience was horrible! When we arrived at the reception we had no entrance to the rooms since we didn’t receive the necessary QR-Code.. no email, no WhatsApp beforehand.. nothing. Then after one (!) hour and using all of our phone credits to call to Angola we finally managed to enter the room which was more or less clean but loud surrounding, air-con didn’t work, phone to ask the receptionist about the air-con didn’t work either. Couldn’t sleep all night. Price to value ration very bad as well, since for about 88€ you get much nicer apartments in Cape Town. Very very disappointed; I want my money back
