Begasti guest house, for trekking lovers, free parking included

Amazing views, the trek is 100% worth it and you get to explore more than you think you would via the hidden paths intertwining through the town and to neighbouring towns. Filippo was super attentive, polite to any messages and needs and had great insight to recommendations for activities and restaurants. He’s the perfect host. The house has been beautifully restored with antique features and feels like a private sanctuary with great views of the town. Surrounded by vineyards which we were lucky enough to purchase a bottle of his white wine which was delicious. When in season there are many veggies and herbs to cook with in the garden. Definitely will be coming back as we were only here for a short while and still have so much to explore!!

Die Lage ist wunderschön, der Aufstieg anfangs beschwerlich aber mit der Zeit gut zu meistern (unsere Konstitution war verbesserungswürdig 😀). Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit , aufmerksam und immer kurzfristig bei Fragen erreichbar, einfach toll- solche Menschen möchte man zu seinen Freunden zählen dürfen!!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, gepflegt und komfortabel, wir hatten nichts (!!) zu beanstanden.

Felipe hat eine wundervolle Unterkunft. Man ist mitten in der Natur, umgeben von den Weinbergen und hat eine wundervolle Aussicht auf Monterosso. Die Stadt ist romantisch und harmonisch. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Der Aufstieg war anfangs etwas hart, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran und wird schnell stolz auf sich. Felipe hat uns erlaubt sich von seinen Garten zu bedienen ,was beim Kochen ein zusätzliches Erlebnis ist. Er zeigt sich als Gastgeber schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen vor allem die Ruhe und die Atmosphäre die, dieser Ort ausstrahlt. Wir können jeden die Unterkunft empfehlen und hoffen, dass diese genauso verzaubert werden wie wir .

The property and location are beautiful! It is obvious how much love and care the owner has put into making this a wonderful experience.

Take “trekking lovers” to heart. Bring shoes with tread. Some portions of the hike in/out are extremely steep. That said, this place is worth the effort. Just plan accordingly.

The peace, solitude and views over MONTEROSSO were exceptional.

Access was a steep climb, but for the fit and active it’s no bother !!

Very stylish historical house on the hill in the middle of vineyard with absolutely spectacular views of Monterosso (town, beach and the sea). There’s also a terrace with a table, deckchairs - so having a breakfast or dinner there were enjoyable moments. Filippo was very friendly, hospitable and willing to help. He gave us great tips regarding our trails, where to eat - which way to go. He also offered his local tomatoes from the garden. We will come back for sure. We would recommend it for people who likes trails.

A small dishwasher would be nice to have especially for four people.

The view is spectacular , the apartment itself kept is artisan style, comfortable and cozy .

The walking path it’s not for everyone, you have to be prepared to climb up from parking to the property.
