So people in this region, I rented a lot of apartments but believe me this one is the best location what you can find in Preveza. Smart home apartments everything is in smart light smart AC. The AC is not on the wall mounted. It’s in the wall mounted a very, very expensive system. You don’t feel the storm from the AC.. So compliment to the owner !!! Cleaning top, top top !!! every corner in apartment ist top clean. Very big windows very big balcony. The windows glass is with heat protection. You have in the apartment everything you need from coffee machine to wash machine to glasses everything everything everything. The owner is a very fine lady. Very helpful.

The house is beautiful and exceptionally comfortable and Theodora, the host, is most kind and very helpful for every question and need. The location is very good, close to the beach and restaurants also in the center of Préveza. It’s also close to Lefkada

Apartment is situated a short walk from all of Preveza's sights and sounds and 2 minutes from the beach, so an ideal locality! The apartment is modern, with a very interesting design, set over two floors and with added bonus of a lift to get you to the top floor. Facilities are excellent and Nikoletta was our contact and provided a fantastic service! We were on a short 2 day stop and the end of our holidays but would definitely use Akti Seaside suites again!

Property is lovely - so nice.

It’s great. Location is slightly out of town, but we knew that when booking. It’s just a 10 minute walk though. It’s also a minutes walk to the beach
