An easy 10. The suites are finished to a very high end, especially the big loft maisonette, including a Miele oven and LG washer/dryer. The design, lighting and climate control are all very modern and the building is located just 5 minutes on foot from a few organised beaches. On top of that, the excellent care from the owner Nikoletta to cater to our every need was worthy of a 5-star resort. I could have stayed there for months. Ideal if you want to vacation with a large family or two.

Beautiful new apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful host and great location next to the beach and close to preveza port. Loved the balcony view of the trees.

Such a cool apartment! The design was just so up my alley. On the beachfront. Walking distance to town. Quiet and peaceful!!! 💕I will be back!

We have never stayed in such accommodation, and we have visited many apartments and hotels in our lives. 200 m2 of comfort that is rarely experienced at the seaside. The apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms, a meditation room, 2 bathrooms and about 100 m2 of living room with 5m high ceilings, as well as a huge kitchen and dining room. It also has one terrace on the east and the other one on the west, so you never have to drink your coffee in the sun. Both terraces have water so you can wash yourself if you accidentally bring sand in. Everything in the space is new, almost unused and very meticulous. The interior design knocked us off our feet. You can see that the owner and her husband have a lot of style. The owner Nikoleta is phenomenal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fridge full of drinks and basic ingredients for sandwiches so we wouldn't waste time and go to town if we were hungry. Whenever we needed clean towels, sheets, drinking water, and even an extra frying pan, she knew how to bring them to us within a few hours and leave them outside, without disturbing us. One of the most interesting things is the elevator that was our entrance and exit to the apartment with a special code that only we as guests know. That's fantastic, because you don't have to carry any keys to the beach. And as a highlight on hot summer days, there is the centralized air conditioning that you don't see, but it constantly cools you so pleasantly that you can't wait to get back to the apartment from the beach. The beach is about 100 meters from the building and it's really decent, sandy beach with deck chairs or in the forest for those who like the shade under the trees. The area is quiet and great for sleeping. The beach bar Kiki bar is light, relaxed, with chill music and smiling waiters. If you are in Preveza, there is no mistake with this combination.

Beautiful and brand new hotel with everything you will need. The area is very quiet and the owners were excellent and very helpful at all times.
