Location & helpful staff, giving us travel tips, places to eat/visit .

Shower in our bathroom needs some work doing.

Location

Rooms are old, you see humidity in the walls and bedsheets felt stiff. As other places, you don’t get what you see in the picture.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good. It was easy to walk around the town.

The room was too small for two beds. There was no chair in the room or somewhere to put a suitcase.

Disappointing. The room does not match the photos provided, it was damp, had very little light, and showed signs of mold, both in the shower and the main area. The linens were stained upon arrival, requiring us to request replacements, and even then felt really waxy and uncomfortable. The general feeling was lack of attention- no toilet paper provided at first, no shampoo, nowhere to hang towels, receiving only one towel and lacking hand or floor towel for the bathroom. The hot water in the shower ran out really quickly barely enough for one shower. These issues combined with it being one of our most expensive stays in Mexico (for no apparent reason) were very frustrating.

Great, quiet location

I would’ve loved a water cooler to fill up my reusable bottle each day. Loved the ‘wings on the wall’ painting! Perhaps more variety on the breakfast (you got to love eggs!) Hotel about 5 mins from main Square & 10 mins from Mayan Tren bus stop

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Simple and tasteful hotel.

Only the location was good

No parking, the room was bad, the worst room purchased in this trip. This location should’ve been listed as “petite hotel”. So overpriced for the room
