The room was big enough, and ïf I may suggest a rack or a table to set the luggage would be great..the owner prepared it breakfast and it was delicious!! He also gave us great recommendations of where to go sightseeing. Thank you!

The floors could need a swiffer after the mopping to pick up dust or dirt after the floor is dry.

Room was exceptionally clean. Room service did a wonderful job. Front desk was very helpful, providing extra towels, blanket and arranging for taxi pickup. Location was excellent. All the main attractions of Centro were well within walking distance.

Small inconveniences' like a cheap toilet seat you had to balance on to keep from slipping around (but at least it had a seat:) Small water leaks in the bathroom, drippy faucet and the valve to the water supply to the toilet leaked. Only one convenient receptacle in the bedroom (we had a combination receptacle/usb plug-in we had brought). Nothing major at all.

Small rooms. Avoid if you're tall. I hit my head several times. No soundproof room. You could hear everyone.

They were so kind to anticipate the breakfast since we had to leave before 08 a.m. Location is really good, close to the city centre

The good: 1. I’d say the vibe of that hotel is the hospitality which is second to none offered by the ladies and the gent that work there. 2. The room is basic but comfy, we requested a few things from the ladies, each of those times they delivered our requests quickly and in a very nice manner. 3. The room we were in had two beds, basic bathroom, hand soap, towels and floor mat. 4. When going out of the hotel they keep the key of the room to prevent you from losing it. Everyday they replenished the towels and made the bed. 5. The location is the best, right at the heart of Campeche.

1. A little inconvenience with the shower. When we first arrived, we checked the shower (we always do that as a precaution when arriving to a hotel). The pressure was pitiful and only in half of the shower head there was water coming out. (The good thing about this situation is that we informed the ladies at the front desk and they immediately went to the room and fixed it). The job was not perfect but it was satisfactory until 3 days later when there was barely water coming out from the shower head and we informed the gent at the front desk. He sent someone to fix it and we had the good shower back. 2. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that there’s a bar around the corner and your sleep might be affected by it. I was ok and couldn’t hear a thing but my bf could hear it every night. 3. No parking lot at the hotel, but it’s quite easy to park in the streets as long as it’s between 4 pm and 7 am. After that time frame it’ll be extremely difficult. There’s a parking lot in front of the hotel so you can also pay to park there. It’s not a big deal for us but it might be for some travelers. 4. The curtains allow the light to come inside the bedroom. It’s quite uncomfortable if you’d like to nap in the afternoon. Blackout curtains would be perfect.

Location is wonderful, room has great aircon, Tv available although we didnt use it, shower has warm water although minimal pressure

the 3 in 1 combo of soap/shampoo/conditioner to use for washing your hands and to take into the shower no access to water (i would love if there was big water tank you can fill your bottle with or take a glass)

Location. Close to everything.

The room was dark. It felt like a cave.

Location of this small hotel is great

Being an older house, the rooms have a strange layout. Breakfast was very, very simple and coffee was not very good. Place is on the expensive side considering the facilities.
