A true 5-star experience, with attentive staff, a wonderful accomodation with a garden, pool and deck for dinners and tea time. Also, the birdwatching tour on the grounds was exciting.

This has to be one of the best properties I have stayed at. Tucked a little away from the city, location is perfect for someone who wants peace and quiet. The sounds of nature made the stay so peaceful. Room and bathroom was very big and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was so cordial and helpful and made our stay feel so warm and amazing. They truly went above and beyond in making it feel like a home. Also hats off to the chef so preparing amazing Sri Lankan food everyday and delicious breakfast. The sri lanka platter for meals and smoothie bowls for breakfast are a must try. I can't think of a better stay in Kandy than this.

The chalet looked very generic, nothing bout of the ordinary.

Nous avons passé 2 jours exceptionnels. Le cadre, en pleine nature, est magnifique. Des oiseaux partout. Jardin impeccablement tenu. Belle piscine. Vue splendide. Une équipe d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits soins. Bungalows et lits très confortables. Super promenade d'observation des oiseaux autour de l'hôtel avec un naturaliste. Bref, un séjour formidable ! Cet hôtel est un petit paradis qu'on regrette de quitter.

A haven of peace on the heights of Kandy. The staff are very kind and attentive to your well being. Particularly Mr. Sagara who welcome us and did the visit of the site with us and explain everything. The property is amazing, very green with a lot of fruit's tree, a tea field, a very nice swimming pool with a view on the mountains. The rooms are quite big and well equiped. Everything was clean. We felt like in Family. We will come

The food could be improve a little bit matching with the standing of this place.

La vue de la piscine était incroyable. Le personnel était très attentionné et souriant.

L’éloignement de la ville. La chambre sans fenêtre (salle-de-bain construite devant l’ancienne baie avec juste 2 mini fenêtres de part et d’autre du boyau pour la rejoindre). Temps de service interminable le soir et surtout pour le petit dej pourtant planifié la veille. Beurre et viennoiseries rances.

Amazing location. Historic building. Wonderful, friendly and kind staff. Exciting bird watching tour - saw over 20 species, including nesting birds in just 25 mins! The 5 acre property is full of fruit trees and is well wooded. The food was great and both the Manager and Chef made personal contact. Bravo!
