JP当日予約をしたのですが、スムーズなやりとりができました。 都心部から離れた場所にありますが、徒歩5分のところにコンビニがあり、夜も空いている飲食店が2つほどありますので食べるのに困ることはありませんでした（もし情報掲載されていたら、こちらの見落としです、すみません）。
大きな問題点ではありませんが、クイックルワイパーのペーパーの場所が分かりませんでした。ベッド下に埃がけっこうあり、掃除機ではヘッドが床にあたらないため吸い込めませんでした。クイックルワイパーだと埃が取れたと思うのですが…。あと、周辺の駐車場の情報があると助かります。

かぶり布団枕人数分ない、調理器具あったけど、汚くて自分で購入し使いました。

USThe self check in process was easy. The cookware was in good condition. Once we got the heat working it worked well. The washing machine worked well. Metro into town was a 17 minute walk, the bus stop was closer. The refrigerator was large. The host was nice and very responsive.
The “bed” is a fold out futon so it would be better with only one person, maybe one person and a child. We saw no advantage to the “hot tub/bath tub.” The location is quite far from the center but we knew that when we booked. It is a bit expensive for what you get. Suggestions for improvement: better pillows, larger trash cans for the kitchen and bathroom, and English instructions for the heater/air con for non-Japanese speakers (we were without heat for the first 1.5 days and it was extremely cold).
