We decided to check out the next day because there was no warm water and the apartment was dirty. They never returned the deposit we payed cash and they also didn’t refund the 2nd night we checked out.

Wonderful location, Nice Pool, Excellent place and wonderful crowd, Pleasure to stay. Excellent climate added to Nature, above the program host for kids added fuel to fun.

Things where good - one attended just a phone call away would have added to comfort.

It would be advantageous to include toiletries, towels, napkins, and a spotlight for the outdoor yard to enhance convenience and improve the overall guest experience.

Nice house. Kitchen with all facilities. Good swimming pool around the corner. The owner did his best to solve most problems we encountered.

Guess we had bad luck. We had no idea where to go to. We got no house number and it was difficult to find more information. Ultimately we managed to get into contact with the owner. The manager was apparently ill. The TV was initially not working, it took several hours to solve this. The extractor hood was broken. The roof was leaking water, as of which our medicine stock was destroyed. The only thing that the owner really was to blame for was that he was not willing to accept a 50 rial note, which is an official note in Oman and perfectly accepted by others. He didn't give a convincing explanation and left it to us to solve this. The house is somewhat expensive compared to alternatives, although in this particular area there aren't any. Please note that this house is within a closed resort, far away from the rest of the country. Outside the gate there are only very few facilities, so take your own stock with you for your stay. The restaurants within the resort are a tourist trap and very expensive in the relative sense.

Stay was awesome, Amazing location, beautiful terrains, loved the pool, beaches and less noisy environment. Stay away from the city.

The stay was amazing and i love to visit this place again it’s Jabel Sifah is truly hevan on earth.
