Location so good very close to the pool and the beach we had sea view. It was so clean and tidy. And Mariam so nice and kind.😊

"Great way to relax in a nice, cozy quiet place"

wonderful, quiet little house near the beach. You have everything you need, even a grill. Complimentary nespresso tabs and water. WIFI was strong and didn't fail. Parking right in front of the house. Loved the pool too. The people (guests, owners?) in the compound were also super friendly.

It was a bit too quiet and there are no shopping possibilities anywhere near. the beach was not so great.

"Best place in Muscat for an escape to a quiet relaxing paradise."

Excellent location for R&R. Home away from home but still very close to Muscat. Good area for walking and enjoying the sea. The host was easily reachable and vey supportive.

It was not as close to the sea as the information on website suggested.

Nice location.

My son is 12 years old and we booked accordingly for him to use available in the property sofa bed, unfortunately there was no blanket or bedsheets for that bed…. Only pillows. No barbecue stand No tea No towels If you plan to book, make sure in advance things are available in the property .
