DEThis was the worst experience we have ever had while traveling. Over 100 euros disappeared from our room, and when confronted, they eventually admitted taking it. After trying to get our money back for over 5 days, we ended up spending more than 8 hours at the police station with the hosts. Instead of apologizing, they tried to justify it by saying that money is worth more to people in Lombok than to Europeans, and that we should just be “generous.” They tried to do 50/50 for over two hours but obviously we don't agree to get "half our money" stolen. This is nothing but shameless, criminal behavior. And it wasn’t only us. We spoke to another guest in the next room, and he had 140 euros stolen as well. This is clearly a pattern, not an accident. There are several reviews that state the same thing happening. The hosts act friendly at the beginning, but do not trust them. They have a master key, they can enter whenever they want, and your belongings are absolutely not safe. This is theft, plain and simple. Also, the room is dirty, everything is broken, there are ants, mold etc... I guess you get what you pay. If you care at all about your money, your safety, and your peace of mind: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Shame on these people for running such a dishonest and criminal business. There are many wonderful and trustworthy accommodations on Lombok – this is NOT one of them.

GBNew build kinda at the bottom of a dirt road. Bed was comfy and AC was good, pretty basic but got what you need.
Bathroom wasn't great, toilet felt unreliable. Plug sockets located in weird areas.

BR- Someone entered our room, using the hotel key and stole 500k from my bag! -The room was not clean and there was a condom next to the bed. -The pancake is very bad. - They use water from the sink to make the coffee, dangerous for tourist.
