GBI had a nice stay here. The guys running the place are super friendly and helpful. It's new and so everything is new and clean in the rooms, and the bed is comfy. The room is spacious - I was able to put my yoga mat down to practice. The location is good - away from the centre but close enough to walk there. Overall, the place is great for the price and I'm sure that as they work through the some of the finishing touches, it will get better and better!
The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to similarly priced homestays - small, and the pancake option needs an extra egg and some banana. They also need a hook or rail inside the room to be able to hang a towel inside, and a non-slip mat outside the door to the room - they have a towel but the floor is so smooth that I slipped a couple of times and so this is an accident waiting to happen.

FIGreat new clean place and a nice host. There's a comfortable bed, clean towels, hot water in the shower, good AC and wifi. Quiet location for good night sleep but only about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the main area in Kuta. The room is simple and quite small but really nice. For the fair price, it's all one can ask for. By checking their pics, you'll know what to expect. I was really happy with this homestay, which is why I stayed there for two weeks.
There's no mirror, which is not a big deal, but adding one could be considered.
ESThe room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the guy was very friendly. Pretty quiet location.
The way to go into the place was a bit dusty, they are still finishing some things. The sink didn't work and unfortunately they couldn't fix it during our stay, but it was not a big deal for us.
