By the time you walked in, the hallway stinks. Our bedroom was dirty and the bedding was not even changed . The bed smells of urine and was yellow stained.The heating was not working. Wardrobe was broken .Floor were not clean. We did not really sleep well because the room stinks. I think we deserve a refund. This property should NOT be advertised as habitable. The other room where my brother was staying was freezing cold, too. We had to call the owner about the problem, but she lives in Birmingham, and she said she would call the housekeeper, but a cashier on the shop across the road was sent to more or less change the bedding. The bedding he had with him was also dirty, and he hasn't got a clue on how to change the bedding. If only it wasn't late that night, we would have liked to find another place to stay. We were already tired since we set off from the Isle of Arran early that day. I think booking.com should remove this from their list.

Amazing Value for money very clean and tidy amazing facilities including tea coffee making facilties use of kitchen Microwave and facilities very friendly staff on arrival would definitely stay again if visiting Preston

Nothing not to like about the property

Value for money was excellent. You get a spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed, the bathroom is also clean, with a proper working shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. There isn't much more I could ask for.

It's very minor, but the lights by my bed didn't work. Other than that, it was spot on.

However, the room was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and water was warm enough although not hot.

I was not offered breakfast. Wasn't aware breakfast was available.
